Cancellation policy for products

Consumers have a thirty-day right of withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us (Stefan Reinisch, Trahütten 100, 8530 Deutschlandsberg, Austria, office@holzschmuck-astwerk.at, telephone: +436649497672) a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample revocation form for this, but this is not mandatory. You can also electronically fill out and submit the model cancellation form or any other clear declaration on our website https://holzschmuck-astwerk.shipping-portal.com/rp/. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you (e.g. by e-mail) confirmation of receipt of such a revocation.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we have paid you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

We bear the direct costs of returning the goods if the return is made within Austria.

Consequences of revocation

If you have requested that the services should begin during the cancellation period, you must pay us a reasonable amount that corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point in time at which you informed us of the exercise of the right of cancellation with regard to this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

The following applies to a contract for the provision of services in which you have expressly requested us to visit you in order to carry out repair work: The right of withdrawal also expires (prematurely) with the complete provision of the service if you have expressly consented before the start of the provision, that we will start providing the service before the cancellation period has expired.

For a contract for the provision of services that obliges you to pay a price: The right of revocation also expires (prematurely) with the complete provision of the service if you have expressly agreed before the start of the provision that we will start providing the service before the end of the revocation period and you have confirmed your knowledge that your right of revocation with complete fulfillment of the contract by us expires.
